Terms of Use

I hope you will find something that you will enjoy using and check back often as I will be frequently adding new sets. Most of my sets are double or triple layers, however you may feel free to not use all layers. If you are more comfortable just having a background layer, you may use just one of the backgrounds in the set

I have a few basic rules regarding the use of my linkware graphics. By using one of my sets, you indicate that you understand and accept my terms of use and agree to be legally bound by them. (Please Note: There may be additional terms of use described on individual linkware sets.)

The graphics used on this site remain the sole, exclusive and permanent property of the site owner (me). They may NOT be reproduced by any method, including screen captures and/or downloads.

If you choose to use any of my linkware graphics you must use the linking logo found on each set, together with the correct referring link on the same page that the graphics appear.

A text link is acceptable; a page of "credits" is NOT. My linkware must be credited on the actual page(s) of use.

You may NOT alter, change, colorize, resize or modify any of my images without my specific written permission.

You may NOT use any of the images within my linkware collection to create other websets, graphics or tubes.

You may NOT break up my sets. Everything on my sets are for that particular linkware set only. They are not to be combined with any other sets, or used for a page containing graphics created by someone else. You do NOT , however, have to use all pieces of the set.

NONE of the sets by the Contemporary Artists may be used on commerical sites. If you wish to use any of the other sets I have on a commercial site, you will need to contact me for payment instructions.

You may NOT use my linkware graphics as stationery in e-mails.

My linkware graphics may NOT be used on any site promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse and/or pornographic activities.

Please upload the images to your own server or web site directory. Do NOT link directly to the images on my website. Linking to the images on my site is bandwidth theft and a federal offense
